I remembered gladiators making a return to the runways for Spring 2008 where the gladiator sandal was seen in varying proportions. From knee-high with 4-inch heels at Balenciaga (we hear they take 1 hour just to do up!) to flat, ancient Roman style at D&G, the gladiator sandal has quickly become a favorite amongst early trend-adopters like Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.Ancient Romans may have fought epic battles in their gladiators too, and not forgetting my favourite cartoon Pocahontas where I first fell in love with that sort of flats when I was 10.

"The" sandal to wear this spring is definitely the gladiator sandal. Hot sunny spring hasn't been loyal to all the folks around England as for now,but once the heat hits again, gladiator will def be back in action. As with any fashion essential for a season the basic look has morphed into a huge variety of styles and prices allowing every shoe lover to find a perfect fit. By just putting it on with a pair of denim or season shorts ,light vest, sunnies and maybe just lil bit more effort by painting d cute toe nails with eye catching varnish paint, the look that will be achievable can never and ever go wrong.

and by that,,you'll soon have d look like the Hollywood celebs!

*surprise surprise* im not finished yet... The best thing about Gladiator is,,it stunningly comes in both flats and heels!!!!

Despite all the things been mentioned i certainly ensure that I did not leave the mall empty handed though. With smile drawn on my face I bought myself a pair of brown glad heels considering that i had some nail red polish from InStyle mag courtesy of Topshop's new makeup range. Its time to get pampered discreetly with my wifey <3!
